The preparations for the Forum are still going strong regardless COVID-19 disturbance throughout the world. Amid the ongoing crisis and potential risks for travelling abroad, the Mediterranean Forum Organizing Team has decided, after thorough consultations, that all conferences will be virtual and sit-in at the same time, to ensure the continuation of our academic productivity and keeping our Forum active through one of the most challenging years we had to face.
Sit-in sessions will mostly involve participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as neighboring countries, researchers, professors, post-doc and graduate students.
Virtual presence will be enabled for those who are unable to travel to Sarajevo but can still participate virtually either through live Zoom technology, or through prerecorded talk, if there is no option to have a live online presence during the session. Our IT team will make sure that all virtual participants have visibility and contact with each other and the audience, giving that some of these sessions will have a Q&A wrap-up.
We leave up to our speakers to choose whatever option works best.
